As an Orchard Ridge Purchaser, you are encouraged to browse through our Décor Centre to select your new home finishes.

You will be invited to two appointments with our Interior Designer, Tricia Bird. Your first appointment is an opportunity for you to discuss any custom design tailoring you may be considering to your home and complete your selections up to your electrical layout. Custom options specific to your model will be provided to you prior to your appointment.

Your second appointment at the Décor Centre will be to select the interior finishes for your home. We encourage you to take advantage of both appointments to ensure that you are making your selections in a more relaxed environment and have ample time to carefully consider the finishing details of your new home.
