In addition, when you purchase an Orchard Ridge Home you will receive our Homeowner’s Manual specifically tailored to your new home. The purpose of this manual is to provide you with a consolidation of pertinent information to help guide you through the new home construction process and after sales warranty and service.

Once you have moved into your new home, any immediate questions or concerns you have will be addressed by your specific on-site Customer Warranty Service Representative. Melissa remains available to you for any assistance you may require with your new home beyond warranty service.

In addition to the customer care provided during regular business hours, Orchard Ridge Homeowners will be given access to a 24 Hour emergency contact number.
